Delivery
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:
If you place your order before 1:00 PM (GMT+1:00) Central European Time (CET), it will be processed the same day.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat)

  • Shipping time: 2-8 business days (Mon-Sat)

Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order is placed, you can easily see when your package is expected after processing. You will receive a personal track & trace code by email, which allows you to track your order through our Track & Trace app. Click on our “Track Your Order” page to follow your package.

Is a package lost?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before applying our refund and return policy.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
